It is suitable for puppies to build safe foundations for growing bodies and minds, adult dogs to maintain peak condition and protect against injury, senior dogs to keep joints mobile and muscles engaged, elite sports dogs to target stabilising muscles and fine-tune performance, nervous or reactive dogs who need enriching, low-stress exercise away from overwhelming walks, and dogs whose outdoor time is limited by weather or other circumstances. You will get the most from the course if your dog has some basic foundation skills such as reward markers and luring, which are available in our Games Club library. However, the included resources will give you a solid starting point if you are brand new, so you can get started straight away.
This course is a steady skill-builder with over three and a half hours of video content. You will want to work through it gradually, allowing time for both you and your dog to develop your skills. Think of it as a fun, ongoing project rather than a one-off activity. Short, regular sessions bring the best results, and the benefits will build over time.
