Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At AbsoluteDogs, we understand that plans can change and flexibility is essential. Therefore, we have established a clear and straightforward cancellation policy for our various purchase options. Our goal is to ensure that you have peace of mind when making decisions about your purchases.

Cancellation of One-time Purchases:

  • Time Frame: Customers may cancel a one-time purchase order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
  • Process: To cancel your order, please submit a cancellation request through our Help Centre: Absolute Dogs Help Centre.
  • Refunds: For orders cancelled within the specified time frame and not dispatched, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Cancellation of Subscription Services:

  • Time Frame: Subscription services can be cancelled at any time. However, to avoid being charged for the next subscription period, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the renewal date.
  • Process: To cancel your subscription, please visit our Help Centre and follow the provided instructions for subscription cancellation: Absolute Dogs Help Centre.
  • Refunds: No refunds are provided for the current subscription period once the payment is processed. Cancellation will prevent future charges and stop the service from the next billing cycle onwards.

Non-refundable Items:

Please note that certain types of items cannot be cancelled or refunded, including:

  • Customised or personalised products.
  • Digital products or services already accessed or downloaded.
  • Perishable goods such as food or flowers.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through our Help Centre.

Amendments to Cancellation Policy:

AbsoluteDogs reserves the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and the effective date will be updated accordingly. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
