This programme is for any dog of any breed, size, age or genetic makeup. The learning within this course is your ticket to help promote confidence for worried, anxious dogs; build optimism and fitness for reactive dogs; grow independence for dogs who can't be left alone; aid injury recovery and rehabilitation for almost any dog; enhance fitness and coordination for dogs of all ages and breeds and develop body awareness and balanced movement for sports dogs.
Work through at your own pace, navigating a structured lesson option where you can watch what you want to watch, when you want to, as long as you have access to reliable internet. It's really important to get the foundations in place before moving on to harder and more challenging Circuits, so take it at your dog's pace. Incorporating Confidence Circuits into your dog's routine a few times a week is ideal - and offers a great alternative to stressful walks for dogs who need a confidence boost!
As you progress through the course you should notice measurable improvement in your dog's confidence and optimism, as well as their body awareness, fitness and coordination, independence and flexibility. Just remember that if your dog's confidence is still being knocked by situations and environments they don't yet have the skills for, your progress could be impacted. Think carefully about what your dog is exposed to while you engage your dog in games for optimal results!
