Making sure you have considered the set up and the process of preparing them for the interaction gradually. We provide examples (including with other animals!).
There are so many situations where knowing the best approach is essential to the success of the introduction. Introducing your new puppy to an adult or senior dog, into a multi-animal and multi-dog household, as well as introducing a new rescue or rehome into your home can go smoothly when you’re able to set the energy, set the expectations, and minimise the opportunity for poor decisions.
Every situation will flex dependent on the variables and some dogs will require much slower introductions than others. Listen in for our top tips to introducing dogs and let us know what you think!
