You may have heard of our term to describe a dog who is a barking, lunging mess at the end of the lead, who is fearful of new situations, who lacks confidence, who struggles to settle or who doesn’t have an off-switch. We call these dogs Naughty But Nice dogs! If we unpack the behaviour struggles that encompass Naughty But Nice dogs, really every dog has the potential to be one. The key thing to understand about Naughty But Nice dogs is that they simply don’t have the skills to fit into the world they are part of - which is where games-based concept training comes in!
Absolutely not! Although the course content is filmed with puppies, the foundational learning and games are valuable for every dog - and this is a great foundation level course for anyone new to games-based training.
Work through at your own pace, navigating a structured lesson option where you can watch what you want to watch, when you want to, as long as you have access to reliable internet. Take your time and do a video a day, binge watch, or a video every week, it's up to you!
You should see measurable progress in your dog's behaviour. Just remember, that if your dog is still practicing naughty behaviours, your progress could be impacted. Implement management strategies while you engage your dog in games for optimal results!
